Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Once the deposit is received, we begin preparation immediately — including sourcing, coloring, and customizing your hair extensions, and reserving exclusive time in our schedule.

This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances — including cancellations made more than 2 days in advance.

Credit Toward Final Balance

Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance only if you arrive for your scheduled appointment or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel or do not show up, your deposit will be fully retained as compensation for time and resources already committed.

No Cancellations After Booking

By booking, you confirm that:

• Appointments cannot be canceled or refunded once the deposit is paid.

• You understand that your deposit secures custom hair preparation that cannot be undone.

This policy protects the time, labor, and materials invested in preparing your luxury service.
